"Do you take class ?"

A relatively simple question one might think; When the topic of ballet or other forms of dance comes up in discussion away from the studio... you'd think it's  entirely normal to find out if the person expressing  a view on the topic is a Dancer / Dance Artist themselves...

Recently I was told by a self styled ' Leading LGBTI activist' who happens to be singer / songwriter that establishing whether someone  understood the world of dance when they were being critical of the film 'Girl' was in bad faith ....
